1. What’s your delivery and shipping policy?
Allow 15-20 business days before your order is processed and shipped your orders. Customized items may take longer time about 20-30 business days to processing. Selenichast offers free shipping for orders over 39.99, 15.00 shipping fee for orders under 39.99.

2. My tracking number says delivered, but I can’t find my package!
We are sorry to hear it! We suggest to following :

Check with your neighbors and look around the vicinity of your residence. Sometimes shipping carriers leave packages in hidden locations to prevent theft.
Verify the shipping address on your order to make sure it’s accurate.
We kindly ask that you wait at least 3 business days to see if it turns up. Shipping carriers often mark packages as delivered preemptively due to slip-ups in operations.

3. If you are a customer from Taiwan, Türkiye or South Korea?
Please contact us via [email protected] and provide your Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) and Name, which is required for shipping.
